Your business

Who you are and where your sign-in details should go.

Where you pack

A shop is a place you pack and post from. Most businesses have one. Add a second if you pack somewhere else and it posts on a different Royal Mail account, because that is what decides which account gets charged.

A bench is one PC with its own label printer. Every bench prints to its own printer, never to somebody else's.

Your store and your postage
What do you sell on

DispatchThread reads orders from BigCommerce today, and Shopify is next. If you are somewhere else, say so anyway. It is the same shape of job either way and what people tell us here is how we decide which one to build next.

Your platform address or your own domain. We only need to know which store to read orders from.

Do you already post on a Royal Mail business account?

Postage stays on your own account. We never resell it and we never take a cut of it, which is why there is no per parcel fee.

Who do you post with

Royal Mail is the one it buys labels on today. Another carrier is the same job as another platform, and the same answer: tell us and it counts towards which comes first.

Which Royal Mail services do you post with
Your address and your plan

Lower case letters, numbers and hyphens. This is the address your benches sign in at, so pick something your staff can type.

Which plan do you want to start on

You can start free and move up later without setting anything up again. There is no per parcel fee on any plan.

Nothing has been sent yet. Go back and change anything that is wrong.

After you send it

What happens next

Your own system, not a shared one

Every business gets its own instance and its own database. Your orders and your customers' addresses are never in the same place as anybody else's.

You connect your own store

We email you your address and a link to choose your own username and password. You add your BigCommerce and Royal Mail details yourself, on your own settings page, and nothing is bought at Royal Mail until you turn it on.

Then a bench at a time

Install the print agent on one packing PC, choose which printer gets labels and which gets slips, and run it beside whatever you use now until you trust it.
