Every shop has its own address
Your DispatchThread runs on its own instance, with its own database and its own web address. Put your shop's name in below and we will take you straight there.
You will be asked for your username and password on your own DispatchThread, not here. Bookmark that address and you can skip this page entirely next time.
Not sure what your shop's name is? It is in the email you were sent when your shop was set up, or ask whoever set it up for you. If nobody knows, get in touch and we will tell you.
This page is our website. Your DispatchThread is yours, on your own address, with your own database. Your password belongs on that address and nowhere else.
It is also the honest way round. If we ever taught you to type your DispatchThread password into a page that is not your DispatchThread, the next person to build a convincing copy of this website would have a very easy afternoon. Check the address in the bar before you type a password, here or anywhere else.
One shop, one address, one database. That is also why one customer's bad afternoon can never become yours.
