Results appear with the first few letters, grouped into products, categories and collections, with the lines you choose shown first. Behind it, a record of every search and every click, without names or addresses, so you can see what people look for and do not find.

For the customer

Results with the first letters: Results appear as they type, from your product names, options and categories, so “linen nap” finds the napkins without a trip to a results page.
Grouped the way they think: Products with their picture and price, then categories, then collections, so someone browsing finds a shelf and someone who knows what they want finds the line.
Made for a phone: On a phone the results fill the screen, with rows big enough to tap and the box where they expect it.

For you

What found nothing: Every search that showed no results, how often it was typed, and a place to point it at the nearest category you do sell.
Lines shown first: Pick a word and the products you want at the top for it, for a season, a new range or stock you need to move.
What was clicked: For the common searches, how often somebody clicked a result, so you can see when there are results but not the right ones.

Built carefully, because people type all sorts into a search box

No personal data

A search is kept as the words typed and what was clicked. No name, email, address or IP address is stored with it.

Your store, read only

It reads your catalogue to build the results and never changes a product, a price or a description.
